It's all well and good having a fancy site with these tricks, but there's not much point in having -
A webcam - if it's not looking at something interesting
A live chat - if nobody is available to chat
Job Tracking - if the status isn't being update with meaningful info
Photos of your lab are important to show that you are professional and not just a pc repair shop.
A lot of our customers comment that our personal touch is very important, that they actually get to speak to the engineer who is working on their job.
