Dealing with Privacy Agreement Statement
Sometime I got Problem about how to make a good privacy agreement statement.
And Until Now I will never want to sign a contract dealing with the Priviacy Agreement statement. The Client Data must be very important and they don’t want their privacy or secret goes out to their competitor or unreliable third party. But the problem is How to make a good Privacy agreement statement. Why to ask this because :
1. When they send us a Broken Harddrive, mean Data is inaccessible and We do not know what is the Data. And which one is crucial. Is it a picture, Document, Map, Draft or others. The object is not cleat here.
2. is it become our Full (100%) responsibility when the data Goes out. Even we do not have time to see what is the Data or Open it to take a look. Here we Got lot of Job. After Data recovered. We just check Data integrity and Keep Master image. When Master image will be used again. it will be filled with ZERO before. So it is impossible Their data will goes out from our site.
3. How To calculate Recovery Cost if the privacy agreement was signed.. will it just the recovery cost only or must be compared with the Importancy/value of their data.
