if you install default Eth. driver which comes with it you can change the MAC address
but if you update the driver from MS then you cannot coz it disables this feature
anyway, there are tools to change the MAC address for windows
google "mac changer"

I needed it hard coded. Fixed anyway after a hack&Patch :O)
