This is tough to answer. I gave up with the SD tools because they really don't have any support for the Western Hemisphere...unless you like to chat with someone at 2am. However, they are quite helpful when I do communicate with them.

I can't comment on Atola, as I don't have the product.

As for Ace, I deal with DeepSpar and have found their support second to none. If I call, I get immediate response. If I e-mail, I get a response within hours and if I post online, I get a response within 24 hours.
