Except when the business becomes liquidated, then you can simply ignore your debts and try again with the assets you probably stripped from your liquidated firm to equip your new one....

hddhelp,
Do I detect some misplaced jealousy ? Don't be - I certainly don't feel happy about such disastrous situations, and as is the case with data recovery there are good and bad in every profession.

If anyone needs some advice about how to survive an assault, head neck and spinal injuries and vexatious legal cases and ex parte High Court Injunctions served wrongly let me know.

I was badly advised whilst extremely unwell, still not right but pain management helps.

Obviously I was distracted by events and situations which were made by others and evidently not thinking as clearly as I should.

But out of calamity comes a fresh start.

It's certainly not the way I would do it again, but then sometimes you have to make a few mistakes in order to gain experience.

Such situations helped reveal a design flaw in my plans, but then who would have guessed that if your head hits the ground after falling 12 feet through the air you might have more than whiplash! Even medical experts can miss diagnose if they are not presented with all the details they need to make an informed decision.

Unfortunately intercranial nerve damage is not easy to manage without help.

Still I cannot grumble too much - I am in recovery mode - what's your excuse ! :-)
