I wonder if there any tools that i can make by myself.
Like ttl cable for 7200.11 bsy bug.

Just buy RS232-TTL and small cables. Use terminal that's it.

Nothing to make really.

If I understand correctly, I think he wants to know if there are any other cheap gadgets that he can build for DIY recovery attempts.

Your assumption is correct!
S/he made a terminal reader, but did not get to use it and send that drive for professional recovery. After wards that reader end up for sale of this very forum, so s/he wants to make extra money on some other tools that MIGHT be helpful to someone else and bring some extra cash.

7200useless for me, but any other tools can be usefull... hard disk died' dies and will die .. and data recovery is nice hobby so as additional income :)
