I have the DDI and I just received Scott Moulton's Distant learning kit for about $3000, but I think it was worth it considering how much he covers in the course. He sends you a external hard drive with nearly 350gb of videos, pictures, mp3's, material and he covers DDI extensively in them. Of course about a $1000 of the cost is tools and software he sends you, but your getting a wealth of knowledge for the other $2000. If you have the DDI I recommend his distant learning course!
