 Post subject: HDD FORMAT

I have harddisk drive sata 250 gb,seagate with 2 partition E & G. Can I use low level format only for parttiton E and not for D ???

What exactly do you mean by "low level format"? You can't do things like write AM & DM from normal user utilities. Do you mean that you want to erase (overwrite) the data, or do you mean something else?

Why are you mentioning only to avoid partition (drive letter) D - but not to avoid partition G (or C or F etc.)?

Depending on the answers to the questons, you will probably find useful info in this thread - but obviously you have to be careful and make sure that you understand what you are doing:
