I've used "Version 255.31.3.41.22", as on the site is says "Version 255.31.2.41.22". I've contacted Hayel and indeed it should be version 3 instead of 2. He's going to edit that on the site.
And at dot 5 there was some text before "JMS539" something like ..55.. before it.
After formatting the disk (on my iMac) for the full 1 TB the flashing light is still working... I hoped it would stop working as in the description.
So now I'm happy

I remove de disk from de the case, plug it into sata port, low level fotmat (hdd guru low level format), re-conect de disk in the original case... and its done!! the virtual CD dont exist more.
