Does anybody have experience with this encryption software?

I have a drive encrypted with WinMagic and have the customer's password, however I get an error when entering the password called something like "String not found ID 4301".

Any suggestions on how to decrypt?

it wont work like that the software is design to work with the hardware the software was installed onto.
get the clients laptop and it will work again once you put the clients password

it does not have the correct id for it to unencrypted the drive
that why your getting this error code.

Intel Anti-Theft Technology (Intel AT) - a laptop theft deterrence mechanism enabling organizations to issue a 'poison pill' to disable stolen laptops whether or not they are connected to the internet - ensuring data cannot be accessed before a laptop is disabled, even if the hard drive is removed and installed on another computer.
