Question for the Experts here about Mounting

December 21st, 2012, 15:57

Dear Experts,,,

is there any way to MOUNT a RAW Partition Image as an IP?

the case brief. here is the following: ( hope Dr.kiev is here also to help)

Got a 1TB Dump of iSCSI used in Vmware ESXi which is basiclly uses NAS iSCSI share as a partition ( was deleted n recovered)
and i wanted to find a way to mount it ALONE so that i can connect to it via the VM Client UI.

i remember some time ago there was an application which does Mount the Partition Image to an IP (LAN Share)

any help or clues guys?

thnx

forgot to mention Windows not Linux solution since its a long shot to do.
