Seagate ST3160215ACE locked

Hello, I have a locked Seagate ST3160215ACE HDD toked from a DVB-C Humax receiver.
The HDD it is brand new and I cant use them.
I try unsuccessful different method to unlock (Atapwd, HDD Unlock Wizard).

Model: ST3160215ACE
Serial Number: 5RX356N2
Firmware Revision: 3.ACB

Can anybody help me to unlock?
May be it is need to change firmware.

If HDD is locked it is for a reason. Person has set a PW on it or the DVB-C you removed it from has configured this HDD to run on this system. You should check with the manufacture of the DVB-C to find out what they do to configure a drive. You can also check on this one and see if it is under warrenty and maybe you can RMA this HDD to get a new one. Not sure if they will do this with a good working HDD. Your only other solution is to take it to a DR show who owns the tools that can unlock this one for you but you have to prove it is actually your HDD and why it is locked and why you do not have the PW to unlock this one.
