Whant a funktion to slow down read/write speed on disks.

I am new here. I still belive i hACmAn is me to. dont remeber password do.
I have bin using hdd low level from time to time now. and i whant a software cap that can be selected. Mainly to be able to not overheat bad bearing or bad controler chipps.
