How we can Regenrate Rom for Royle by using WDR?

Hi All;

I have Wd Royle series hard disk with its damage pcb. the pcb is 1590, and the capicty of hdd 160GB. Now i have the same pcb 1590 with same capicety. But diffrent firmware. when i replace the damage pcb with ok. and power up the hdd. hdd not detect.

Now my question is that how i can fix this by using WDR. I can fix this problem by using DFL wdII by reading reading 102 to 109 and then use regenrate rom for royle function. but how i can fix this problem by using the WDR.

Do you have WDR 6.0 and requisite ROM i.e, rom of wd1600XXXX?

If so, you can easily proceed.

i have wdr 6.0 and 3.0 also. but i dont have rom file.and if i have rom file then it is very easy. just chose rom opreation and write rom. But my question is how to regenrate rom by reading modules 102 to 109.

Friend, this problem can be fix easily by using DFL WD II. And there is not need to requisite rom file. But i wana fix this problem by using WDR. I hope u understand.
