reallocated sector Raw value

Hello All,
Smartctl (GSmartControl GUI) reports the reallocated sector Raw value as 0 (2000 0)
Am not too sure how to interpret the numbers in bracket. All values seem to be in decimal as such.
Could someone help please. Thx
