Hello All,
I am facing some installation problem in my PC, because I want to install a web application software. When I am installing this software then some error is showing in my pc, error is "This application couldn't install". Whenever I have already contact to some my technical friends and also tech support guys such as Dell Support, Click4Support Tech Support, Microsoft then they have provided to me these solution, whose I am mentioning here:-
If you're having trouble with an application not installing, it may be because your computer doesn't have enough hard drive space. If this is the case, you need to free up some space. This is one of the computer problems that's, well, least problematic. You can free up some hard drive space by getting rid of files and folders you don't need. These may be temporary files, duplicate files or data for software you've uninstalled.
So, please check above solution and suggest to me that above solution is right for my solution or not.
Thanks in advance..

Well, it is not right or wrong based on the lack of information provided. You can try it. It is not detrimental in any way.
This will help you rule out these potential issues.
However, since this is a drive related forum (not program installation), I am not sure if the drive itself you are attempting to install the program onto is problematic.
Side comment: these are very basic things, so if you are asking as such, it sounds like you are not very computer savvy. As result it may help talking to somebody more technically computer oriented, who can actually rule simple things out.

Agree: find someone that knows about computers and get them to help out physically at the PC.
The problem may be:
-incompatible with your operating system or some piece of hardware
-you may have malware
-antivirus may be stopping the install
-you may need admin rights
-your PC could have some corruption/error in filesystem
-some required libraries for WebApp may be missing
-Your PC could be "stuck" thinking it is part way through an install, or have temp files or other causeing the system to -respond to the installation of the WebApp in a way that the developers were not expecting
-Your PC might not have required space (I doubt this)
- the webApp installation files may be corrupt/bad download.
- many more....
It takes experience to pick out the issue, and good on you for investigating and asking.
If you are able to say what the webapp is, what your system is we could probably help troubleshoot. But it would be much easier for an experienced guy sitting at the PC.
