My general rule of thumb is that data recovery companies are better at selling their products than they are at making and supporting those products after they are sold. So, if a product like SEDIV is near impossible to figure out how to buy, just imagine how bad the product and support will actually be.

It seems like you have an arsenal of different tools, i miss the point behind that... Why don't you buy one good tool and keep that up to date?

HddSuperClone Pro is well worth a go, especially if used with DMDE (the developer can offer a discount for the full version of DMDE if you have a pro licence for HDDSuperClone.
It's more than a clone tool now, it can also be used for data extraction using DMDE as well. It's also got the ability to fix the Western Digital slow response issue, although the developer does advise caution using it, which is only sensible.
It's not a substitute for really serious DR hardware but I've had some good results with it.
Of course, if I could afford it and generate enough income from it I would buy PC3000 with all its bits and pieces and support but it's way out of my reach.

Pepe : my two pc3000 cannot be updated (too old) and the new pc3000s are too expensives for my little wallet
