HDD Raw Copy freezes on locking device after windows update

Hi,
I have been using HDD Raw Copy to clone SDcards on my Windows 11 laptop, but recently after a few Windows updates now the app freezes on the "Locking device" stage, and the only way to close the app is to restart windows.
The issue happens with 1.20 and 1.10 of HDD raw copy.
Issues happens with laptops internal SDcard reader and when using a USB SDcard reader.
Win 11 ver and build: Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.26100.3476]

Nevermind, Fixed now
I was able to fix the issue re-installing the update (it had failed during installed).
I also uninstalled any recently installed software that may have been interfering with the Windows update causing it to fail (anything USB related, USBpcap and usbipd-win)
