HDDRAWCopy incorrect information from a 2230 M.2 SSD

October 10th, 2025, 9:31

HDD Raw Copy 1.10 does not detect the correct information from a 2230 M.2 SSD and cannot copy the contents of the raw file that was created by him.

It creates the raw image without any problems, but when copying it, it sees a disk size of 100 GB, even though the disk is 1 TB.
Using Multidrive, I am able to copy the RAW content to the 1 TB 2230 M.2 SSD.

Is this a bug caused by the inability to handle this type of disc, which has a sector size of 4096?
HDD Raw Copy version 1.20 has the same problem, but I don't try to make images with it because version 1.10 works better, from what I've noticed.

Has anyone else encountered this problem with this type of disc or another?
I am using this disc in an Xbox Series X.
