Hey everyone!
I'd like to share a tool I built for my own lab that might be useful to others in data recovery — PC3000 Generator.
What does it do?
It's a desktop tool (Windows) that turns data exported by PC-3000 Data Extractor into a clean, ready-to-send HTML report for your client — with a file list, stats, a folder-structure preview, and thumbnails. Instead of handing a client a raw CSV or a PC-3000 listing, they get a nice, clear report they can actually understand on their own.
A few features:
UI and report available in 14 languages
RAW mode — if the disk structure couldn't be read and files were recovered "raw," the report gets a clear, fully editable warning banner for the client (for the whole case, or just selected folders)
Automatic thumbnails, file signature verification, detection of damaged/suspicious files
Full report customization — logo, colors, title, lab info
User manuals available in 6 languages
Actively maintained — current version is 1.0.205.
