Victoria : looking for old version (for 486 DX2)

For an older PC - 486 DX2 - I would need Victoria 2.9x (per FAQ article) or the latest version that will run on this processor. However your FAQ does not give a hint as to where I could download old versions !

Will you please provide a download URL ? Russian interface is no problem.

Addition to my above request,

Quote "Russian interface is no problem" - sorry, it might be ! Not sure my Western DOS version will display CP-866 cyrillics on screen (it will probably show garbage )

I'd prefer getting an English or French version if possible. Alternatively, I'd need to find a copy of a Russian DOS (basic files at least), but I guess MicroSh*t would object...
