In the past i used a combination of two programs (i hope you know them to be able to answer me) ccleaner and free file shredder. Now, I found your hdd wipe tool. I read it makes low level format, this sounds good but i don't understandd it completely. My question is, is it better? If yes, then my combination is also effective enough?

Or use a file recovery tool that has the ability to delete. Any previous deleted files it finds forever, as a shredder replacement sollution.

Disk Discovery
A data recovery software. Analyse the hard disk to see exactly what files and data can be recovered, see inside deleted files and even view deleted graphics and photographs. Make selected files non-recoverable and remove all traces of them, or recover those deleted files you thought were lost for good.April 7th, 2008, 14:44
