How clone encrypted/hidden(veracrypt) partitions hdd/ssd?

Hi, I have an old 2TB HDD encrypted with veracrypt.

Is it possible clone that in a 2TB SSD?

I need clone all, I mean on old HDD there are more partitions, also hidden(veracrypt) and with different encryptions. Would be nice a free, safe, easy and fast solution that works under Windows 11 or Ubuntu

You can clone any drive you want with tools like ddrescue or hddsuperclone, they will produce exact clones.
