Anyone have any success with recovering a hard drive with SafeBoot encryption? The password or key is known but the drive has failed. Are there any external viewing software that would decode the data with the correct key? Thanks.

Hi

You need to image original drive & safeboot support will give you decoding tool & instructions. That is the only way. I have successfully recovered data from a partially damaged drive.
