I would hazard to say any that is not a JMicron chipset. But I don't know if re-sellers provide that info. I have used 3 different ones and all seemed to work fine, and without specific tests I guess I rank them even.
I guess the best way would be find one for sale, try and see if it has the chipset by any spec page, link to manufacturer or review sites, if it is JMicron, rinse, repeat.

They often provide Windows 98 drivers. If so, then the INF file would contain the PID and VID of the device. Often these are just the generic IDs of the chipset rather than those of the OEM manufacturer. Otherwise, the driver file may contain text references to the chipset.
