HDD GURU FORUMS

I'm using the HDD Low Level Format Tool ver.2.36 build 1181.

In my pc there is two identically drive. How i can understand which is HD3 and which is HD4?

Disconnect the drive you don't want formatted. Verify you disconnected the right drive. Maybe wait 20 minutes or so, and recheck everything. Then, you can just format the drive, as it will be the only one that shows up. You might think this is all nutty, but if you format the wrong drive, none of us will be able to help you.
