HDD GURU FORUMS

I used the low level format tool to format my seagate hdd (scsi/sata) because i was having trouble installing windows on it, and now i cannt even load the windows disc on the hdd and when i load it as a slave in my other comp, in disk managment it says Not Initialized and it is not viewable in my computer.

What do i do?
