Help me, how to use my hardisk seagate 40Gb after i m formatted with HDD Low Level Format Tool? please help me

why did you low level format it ?

if you want to use it, simply use fdisk and format command from windows Cd setup

to many bad sector in my hardisk.. track 0 n always message " i/0 error " , how to fix this problem?

not worth it, I think you should buy a new hard drive. fixing drives with this problem takes many efforts and time.
