 Post subject: MHDD fails to detect my HDD

I have Gigabyte MB on P35 with ICH9R southbridge. This MB has 4 SATA ports and one PATA port. MHDD can find SATA drives without any issues, but it cannot find anything on PATA port. I also have PATA PCI board and when i connect my drives via this board MDD can detect them without any issues, but then erase will only work in PIO mode, which is dead slow.
I suspect this is happening because PATA channel is set as IDE channel 4 on this MB and MHDD only checks channel 0 and channel 1. Any ideas if i can fix this issue ?
