Can't seem to find this software anywhere, even though I have heard of it alot.

Try to search on drive manufactors - utility for drive. Found command set on Chineese site - English description - commands to use in Chineese. Do search on this might help
Available are U6DLE V1.11, U6DLE V1.20, ZSDLE V1.5 - look forum - ask Spildit - good to destroy drives with this

Yes, very good to destroy PCBs if you don't know what you are doing !
If you are going to try that at least be sure to have an external universal eeprom programmer and backup the PCB ROM chip before attempting to flash it back to ATA - Mode.
