great software, congratulations! :D

if you permit I would like to suggest 3 things:

#1 quick access button for verify and read scan (like you have for smart)
#2 configurable option for whenever you start a scan the map or graph pops up automatically
#3 an option to permanently dock the floating log

I was fighting with option 2 code for a long period of time. So far I'm losing :)
Can you explain option 3? I'm not quite sure what is a floating log
Thanks

I mean test manager window is should "dock" or connect to HDDscan window, so when you move Hddscan windows the test manager windows move along
Otherwise if you need to move the program you have to move 2 windows everytime
I hope my comments help to make an even better software
Thank you

Very good Doomer, great work.

Is possible to use the command line to send commands to the SCSI disk with LBA 0 ?

What is the "Disable Seagate PM" button? I have a 7200.11 that spins down after it has been idle for a while even though nothing is telling it to so then windows freaks out and gives me all kind of timeout messages, but this button does not seem to help. The normal power management is set to disabled, so I'm not sure why it insists on doing this.

I never used your tool Doomer, but the GUI looks really nice. I am glad to see that with both Maysoft and Doomer, there are finally some great DR and HD testing tools with nice looking and functional user interfaces. :D

Just out of curiosity, what language did you code your GUI with?

It should be in the docs ;)
It has to disable some Seagate special spin down mode when regular power management doesn't work

Nice utility, but why not have a DOS version that I can put in a USB so I can diagnose drive without loading windoze, also any plans to add cloning drive to this application?
