RAID, SCSI, SAS Driver Development

I am trying to find someone with the following skills to bid on some contract work:
Individual should have a strong working knowledge of BSD OS and ATA Disk Protocols.
Opportunity to develop solutions that will provide data security solutions for Fortune 100 companies.
This is a contract position.
I would prefer that the individual resides in Austin, TX but with the right skill set this wouldn't be necessary.
The individual must have:
• Knowledge of SCSI protocols.
• Strong working knowledge of at least one or two RAID and/or SCSI chipsets.
• Capable of developing drivers for the BSD OS.
• Compensation will be negotiated based on an hourly rate and the estimate of time to complete development.
• Telecommuting is ok.
