I was hoping to format my Fujitsu 250GB 2.5 SATA drive with Windows 7 RC (Build 7100), 32bit. I am using a Toshiba laptop with an Intel core 2 dual, with 3GB of memory. After running HDD LLF, it detected my internal hd, a WD 320GB hard drive. I then attached my Fujitsu SATA drive as an external USB drive. It would not detect it. I rebooted and then it did not display any drives. I uninstalled HDD LLF and then reinstalled it after a reboot. It then detected both drives. I ran the format and it started to report all kinds of errors. I then used Task Manager to stop it. Anyways, it does not work for me.
On the upside, I liked the clean interface and the uninstall work well too.
I cannot find any utility to format a 2.5 SATA Fujitsu hard drive. I tried using ferase.exe from Fujitsu, but it won't work with USB or eSTATA interfaces.
I used LLFsetup.2.36.1181.exe
