Hello!

Is there a way to undo the "diskpart -clean" command if nothing has been done with the drive after it?
What tool is best to use? Testdisk?

Thanks in advance and best regards!

I tried TestDisk but couldn't restore the partition table.
After a deep search TD finds two partitions but the correct one (I think) can't be accessed.
TD says "Can't open filesystem. Filesystem seems damaged." when trying to list the files.

I already recovered (hopefully) all the files with another software but would like the restore partition table as I couldn't check if all data got properly recovered.
Anyone got any clues for me.

Thanks

Why not check against the FAT?

Sorry, don't know what you mean.
The drive was NTFS not FAT.

Okay, thank you.
I will try to repair the MFT with TestDisk when I get my hands on the HDD again.

get a partition repair or recovery program to do this one for you it is better than test disk and can remout your patition table and find it for you if it is not too badly damaged or is in a bad sector on your drive. But the looks from your screen shot you should be able to do this with a good partition recovery program.

Can you recommend a good partition recovery program that works under Win7 or at least can create a boot disk?
I didn't have the time yet to try to repair the MFT with TestDisk.
Thank you!

I tried to repair the MFT with TestDisk but it says that the MFT and MFT mirror are bad.
