SMART Data & Reallocation counts (HITACHI)

Hi,

I am continuing to use Linux commands to test disks. I have a disk here that think is being affected by bad sectors. I have run smartctl -a and the following bits I am curious about:

Lets see if I intrepret this right:
I see it has 5 Offline uncorrectable unreadable sectors
Reallocation Event Count 454492161 (The number of times it has tried to reeallocate sectors, which may not be the same as the actual number of reallocated sectors?)
Reallocated Sector Ct 8585639690241 (The actual number of reallocated sectors)

So this seems like quite a lot of reallocated sectors, but I guess its relative to drive size?
Is there a way to work out how many sectors a drive has for reallocation?
I assume that a few reallocated sectors is not a indicator of impending failure, but at what point should one become concerned?

Finally, I was very interested that this drive Passed the overall health self test?
