What's the best software to clone a drive or are they all pretty much the same?
I once used a program and it got stuck on a block in the middle of the clone- is there any that will skip bad blocks?

How does a company like "New Orleans Computer Repair" boast a 96% recovery rate and not have an imager?

Data recovery doesn't have to cost you thousands of dollars. At French Quarter Computer Services, data loss is only temporary and we prove it every day, boasting a 96% success rate. Our specialists use various procedures in recovering lost files, giving the consumer an alternative to $5,000 data recovery houses. We can recover data, even after they have been purposely deleted.

I, too, am curious how a company that doesn't even have the tools to mirror a drive can have such a high success rate. Perhaps that is the percentage of drives they have successfully destroyed.
