usage : pwr_ctrl COMx command
COMx - serial port name ( ex. COM1 )
commands:
P_ON - turn on HDD power
P_OFF - turn off HDD power
STATUS - show power status ( ON/OFF )
VOLT_5 - show 5V voltage
VOLT_12 - show 12V voltage
CUR_5 - show 5V current
CUR_12 - show 12V current
LIM_5=x.xx - set 5V current limit
LIM_12=x.xx - set 12V current limit
