Hello everyone
Using the software "Hard Disk Low Level Format Tool" Ver. 2.36.1181 on Windows7 64bit I received the following message in the tab "Device Details":

Current date and time: 21/12/2009 09:50:00
Hard Disk Low Level Format Tool 2:36 Build 1181; http://hddguru.com
Device details for MAXTOR S TM3750330AS MX1A [750.15 Gbytes]

Details are unavailable: Internal error.
Please post this problem on http://forum.hddguru.com

I tried to format the hdd but still get the errors as in attached photo.

I hope I have done what you like.

If you didnt fix this, try to run the hard drive diagnosing software, and see what the error is.

Also, read the smart data, its posible the drive is failing.
