What is a summary of all my file-repair options ?

What do you have to say about them ?

1. Have a second identical disk drive, backing up/cloning the primary drive.
2. Have an online-storage backup on the internet.
3. Have a 'friend' or work-colleague sparing 10-20 percent of their disk for your backup files.

4. Software to read and re-read raw data, sector-by-sector off disk drive.
4a. Undelete Software
4b. Partition Recovery, Boot-Sector Recovery Software.

5. File repair. Identify missing sectors/blocks. repair only those blocks.
6. use a bittorrent client to download-fix those blocks.
7. use http://www.par2.net/
8. use winRAR program with full-10% recovery record.
9. use http://filerepair.sourceforge.net/
10. use winCRC

... others ??

what does anyone have to say about these options ?

If you want to set up a data recovery, try asking something like

'How do I set up a data recovery company?'
