i got a wd1600js from a satelite receiver sagem
i thought i could use it on my pc
but windows dont recognize it, it ok in the bios and when i connect it with a sata/usb converteur i can see it in the material list
i tryed many tools but impossible to access to the hdd
maybe sagem put a specific firmware inside
is it possible to flash it??
not for the price of the hdd but for the fun

WD1600JS (WD caviar SE)
on the hdd its write mdl wd1600js-62MHB5
the firmware revison is 10.02E02
does somebody can help me for this please
