I suggest you start by setting up a live demo. This way, potential buyers can try and see if it does what they need. I also recently discovered Web Help Desk @ www.webhelpdesk.com. It isn't 100% perfect, but I suspect that it meets the need that most smaller data recovery companies would need. It provides a nice user interface for case tracking. |
