Recovering Files from CD's or DVD's.

Hi,

I have a camcorder mini DVD that when I look at the disk has been written to but nothing is viewable on the camcorder or in my computer. Can anyone recommend software for recovering video or just files from damaged dvds. The disk may not be finalized. Hard to say.
