File copying software using Volume shadow Services

Hi Friends
One of the Basic Issue while copying large Data is often windows throws some error like long file name / files in use /access denied etc. & copying stops.
Is there any utility other than runtimes shadow copy which uses Volume shadow copy ignoring all errors.? This is a freeware , but i am looking for a robust commercial software with more features and customization.
Any suggestion ?

There is a vshadow utility in the Windows VSS SDK that lets you create and expose shadow copies
Useful for backup apps any copying from files that are in use
But not really too useful in data recovery

probably bit late to answer now but hobocopy is useful for this.
