we have a hard drive with a lot of bad sectors (bad sector multi-sector), how do I recover data? I've tried the PC 3000 from Ace Lab & file extractor, but can not (it takes long time, nearly six months), is there any tools / software is better recovery data on fatal bad sector platter hard disk?

I suggest you figure out why the drive is going so slow and correct it? Is it firmware or heads that can be fixed? As for another duplication tool, the only other product that you might want to try is DeepSpar Disk Imager.
