MHDD and eSATA

My question is very basic: does MHDD support eSATA? I have a PCI eSATA card.

Does MHDD detect drives plugged into your eSATA card?

Haven't tried it. I just wanted to know in theory, will it work, does MHDD have drivers/etc. for it to work.
