if file(s) in badsector, how to safe and completed copy to

hi guys, I have question.

how to used what software can image copy (old harrdisk 40GB IDE) to (new harddisk 160GB SATA)
my old harddisk:
drive C:,D:,E:,F:

I want to build ONE image , total in new harddisk have 4 images.

but I known old harddisk have bad sector.

that files in bad sector , can safe and completed to copy to new?

some ghost image if found "bad sector" normal about. cancel.

Use DMDE. In free ver. you can clone your drive to file or to another drive.
