Im hoping some linux guy comes across this post, as ive spent the last 14 hours messing with all kinds of installation and still not got it working, ye u heard rite.. 14h.. im off to bed but before I thought y not post it here.

My problem is :

Grub Bootloader do not want to load after I installed Linux Ubuntu on it, ive reinstalled many of times but it just wont load. Im adding it to the MBR /dev/sda but still win xp just keeps booting up for me.

DISK 1 - Linux <- That I cant launch due to the bootloader not working
DISK 2 - Windows XP Installation <- fully working

Any ideas, pls post em here. Gnite ;(

I get the same impression.

Alternatively he must install grub to the xp disk when he does the installation.
