I do not obtain access for the terminal to decide firmware of hd 7.2000-11 - error led:000000CD

you have the solution of the blockade of hd seagate 1,5 tb in the terminal of pc3000 udma

For all 7200.11 seagates terminal is not blocked. You should just guess time.
