Tools for hard drive diagnostics, repair, and data recovery

I have a Seagate 500GB hard drive and 1 TB. In the Bios is known as zero bytes. And ask F1 for more continue... What is happed like this? are any tools/software for fix ...? Please help ... Thank you.

if your drive model/sn are detected, i guess you should search for 0 lba in google and here also

This is a widly spread know fix on there and you can search this forum and the net to find the solution for this one try the Seagate forum you can find your solution there too

Check with Seagate to see if you are entitled to free data recovery (for 7200.11 drives).
