Hi, I have Compaq Presario desktop which I bought 3 years back. Recently I found it has BIOHD-8 error and I downloaded the low level format tool.... But I don't know what to do with it and it is showing the internal error, following are the Device Details:

as per s.m.a.r.t, it is fail drive, if you have the backup of data and drive is under warranty, just replace the hdd
